From the moment we receive it, through the entire process of translation, revision and delivery to the client, each project undergoes an accurate analysis so that we can determine the best workflow in terms of budget and time.
We establish open, transparent and on-going communication with our clients, mainly based on monitoring and traceability of each stage of the translation process, with the aim of constantly improving our service, also thanks to the proactive feedback we receive from each client.
Project Management One of the strengths of our quality system is Project Management. The Project Manager is the individual whom the client can contact at any time and who ensures that the work of our language professionals is constantly monitored. This guarantees that operating procedures are implemented at all times, that the most suitable technological aids are used, and that specific requirements of each project, as well as deadlines, are always met.
Quality Assurance Quality Assurance (QA) software is another integral part of our management and quality control system. Leading-edge programs such as QA Checker and ApSIC Xbench enable us to consistently meet our demanding standards of quality, both for consistency of terminology and for style.
Certification In order to best implement our corporate processes, improve effectiveness and efficiency of our services and increase client satisfaction, all of our work is carried out in line with international quality standards to comply with ISO-9001:2008 on the certification of quality management systems, and with UNI EN-15038:2006, which regulates the providers of translation services.
As further evidence of our commitment to constantly providing high quality services we have applied to obtain the certificate stating conformity to both the above standards.
